We have fresh apartments ready for occupancy in Oxie, which is located in the
southeastern part of Malmö. From the residency there is close communications directly to universities in Malmö and Lund. We have furnished one-room apartments available, see pictures for more information.

In the residential area there are courtyards with outdoor furniture that makes it possible to socialize and study. The houses are built on two floors, which gives a terraced house feeling. Proximity to golf courses and leisure activities such as jogging, soccer field and pleasant walks. In the center there are shops and restaurants as well as access to a health center etc. There is access to parking for bicycles as well as for car (rented separately).
